My card for my very dear friend Mavis.
This is a sympathy card for the family of a very dear friend of ours who sadly passed away at the weekend. This is always a difficult style of card to make and I hope that Mavis would of appreciated my efforts. My thoughts go out to her family and friends at this most difficult time.
I used some flittered paper from a MCS (TM) paper pack that I bought as a TSV from QVC recently.
The image is from a lovely stamp set from DO Crafts (TM) that is just perfect for these difficult circumstances. It is difficult to tell but the cross image is coloured in with Flex Markers (TM).
The sentiment stamp is a Papermania (TM) stamp.
I added a raffia bow and a heart embellishment which I glittered with Imagination Crafts (TM) Candy Floss Sparkle Medium.
I also added a little Sparkle Medium to the centre of the lillies.

A card for John's Nephew!
This card is one for my husband's nephew, John.
I printed out a picture of a hill, stamped out the walker, using my new DO Crafts (TM) stamp.
The image was coloured in using Pro Markers (TM) and then I added some stamped images that are from a set by Tim Holtz.

When I was at the party!
This is a card for my Mum, she used to recite this poem to us three girls when we were small, and we loved it, it is so innocent. It is a great shame that I am unable to recognise the talent with the name of the author, and if anyone does know please tell me and I will add the deserved recognition.
I started the card by using my Cameo Silhouette (TM) to cut a shaped card for the base.
I coloured the stamp in with pro-markers and glazed the wellies and the wings and added some glitter for the wings before the glaze dried.
The stamp is by Crafter's Companion and is from a set called "Patchwork Polly" by Jane Nestorenko.
I then cut a hinged oval, again on the Cameo and put the verse inside which I printed from my computer.
My metallic element comes in the way of gold paper that is used to frame the stamp and the sentiment.
The sentiment is written using the pen facility on the Cameo machine.
I added a glitter flower and a border with an adhesive lace border in the middle.
I hope you like it and I hope my Mum appreciates it too!

Monochrome style!
I wanted to have a go with a sophisticated (well sophisticated for me!) female card with monochrome style.
I really liked the way that this one has turned out!
I cut the black frame from adhesive vinyl on my wonderful Silhouette Cameo (TM) machine.
The stamp is a Kanban (TM) stamp which I stamped with Memento (TM) black ink pad, I added a few hand made flowers which are made from paper that is printed from the Kanban (TM) seasons CD and I added a sentiment and some gems.

LOTV card
I loved making this card...
I used my favourite tool, which is my Silhouette Cameo (TM) which I was lucky enough to have from Father Christmas.
The image is a delightful Lily of the Valley (TM) stamp.
I coloured the image in with my pro markers (TM) and although not showing very well, I did a wash background using my Aqua Markers (TM).
The background paper and the sentiment are from the "Seasons" CD from Kanban (TM) which I always turn to when I want a rustic, natural feeling.
I added a piece of gold mirri card to the topper and the sentiment.
I would like my card to be entered in to the "Simon Says Stamp" use your favourite tool challenge.

Chris' card.
This is a card for our next door neighbour, Chris.
I really loved using the Aqua Markers (TM) for colouring this design from Crafters Companion "The Tale of Jeremy Fisher" stamps.
I did the lily pad frame and the written sentiment using my favourite crafting toy, the Silhouette Cameo (TM).
I would like to enter the Sir Stampalot for April with this card.
